- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/3rd C honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 C peanut or nut butter of your choice
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 2 C shredded coconut
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 C cacao powder
- 1/4 C walnuts,chopped
- 1/4 C almonds, chopped
In a large saucepan melt coconut oil.
Add honey and peanut butter, combine gently.
Add remaining ingredients.
Dollop spoonfuls onto baking tray.
Refrigerate until firm.
